Individual Membership Application Guidelines
Please complete the form throughout in full. All sections marked with (*) are compulsory.
In support of the application, please submit
- A copy of your highest academic qualification certificate
- A recent photograph in jpg format (300dpi resolution)
Membership Fees and Payment Methods
Our membership fees include a one-off entrance fee and an annual subscription on admission. The subscription is pro-rated according to the month your application is approved. Depending on the membership category that has been awarded to you, we will advise you the membership fees and payment methods.
Payment can be made by credit card or a crossed cheque to be made payable to “SIM Society”.
Please note that all applications for SIM Membership are subject to approval. Applicants will be notified of the membership category that will be assigned to them upon approval.
SIM Society is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the member’s personal information and undertakes not to divulge any of the member’s personal information to any third party without the prior written consent of the member. This is subject to the obligation of SIM Society to disclose to any Singapore government authority any information relating to the member in compliance with the law.

Cancellation of Membership Application / Termination of Membership
Before payment is made, applicants may cancel or defer the application by giving SIM Society a written notice of cancellation at any time during the application process. Once payment is made, members may terminate their membership at any time with no refund of membership entrance and annual subscription fees.
