No, the Interest Group is only open to Individual and staff of Corporate Members. Do note that your Interest Group membership will cease upon the cessation of your SIM Society Membership.

There is no limit to the number of Interest Groups that you can sign up for, We do encourage you to sign up for the Interest Groups that meet your professional interests and personal development.
Both Individual and staff of Corporate Members will receive up to 75% rebate (excluding the prevailing GST) off the Interest Group membership fee, which will be given in the form of a vouchers. Applicable to a maximum of three Interest Groups (excluding Toastmasters Clubs).
There will be no extension for any expired rebate vouchers, no refund on any unutilised value of the voucher and the voucher is not transferable.

Individual Member (Associate / Ordinary)
S$20 (inclusive of GST) per group for two years

Corporate Member
S$30 (inclusive of GST) per group for two years

Membership fee is payable by calendar year and will not be a pro-rated.

Toastmasters Clubs Membership Fees (inclusive of GST)
S$50 one-time entrance fee
S$174.00 half-yearly fee (for SIM I and II Toastmasters Clubs)
S$216.00 one-year fee (for SIM Mandarin Toastmasters Club)

We will accept the payment if the member wishes to make an advance payment for their Interest Group membership fee.

You are required to attend at least two of their chapter meetings as a guest* before you join any of the Toastmasters Clubs. After attending two of their chapter meetings as a guest, you can either apply online or fill up the application form given out at the registration counter during the chapter meeting.

Due to overwhelming response, The SIM Toastmasters Clubs had over the years split into two groups to have more dedicated focus and individual attention to our Toastmasters Club members’ needs.

For SIM I Toastmasters Club, their chapter meetings are held on every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, while SIM II Toastmasters Club held theirs every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month.

SIM I Toastmasters Club was established in 1984 while SIM II Toastmasters Club was formed in 1989.

To find your fit into either of the Clubs, it is recommended you visit them to find out your comfort level with the group dynamics as well as select the group where your schedule can fit in the regular chapter meetings.

Correspondence to Interest Group Members who are staff of SIM Corporate Members will be sent to the company address as you are tapping on your company’s corporate membership.

For Individual Members, you have the option to select the correspondence address to either your home or company.
