Corporate Membership Application Form

  • Please complete the form in full. All fields marked with (*) are compulsory.
  • All applications must be accompanied by a Certificate of Incorporation for Local Company or a Certificate of Registration for Foreign Companies.
  • Membership expiry date is on 31 December of each calendar year.
  • All applications will be processed only upon receipt of payment and relevant supporting documents.

Membership Fees and Payment Methods 
Our corporate membership fees include a one-off entrance fee of S$200.00 (exclusive of GST) and an annual subscription fee of between S$200 to $$1,000  (exclusive of GST) on submission of your application. Payment can be made via Credit Card, PAYNOW and Bank Transfer. For crossed cheque, to be made payable to “Singapore Institute of Management Society”.

Membership Approval 
Please note that all applications for membership are subject to approval. Applicants will be notified upon approval.

Confidentiality Clause 
All company information given will be treated as private and confidential.

Cancellation of Membership Application / Termination of Membership
Before payment is made, applicants may cancel or defer their applications by giving SIM Society a written notice of cancellation at any time during the application process. Once payment is made, members may terminate their membership at any time with no refund of membership entrance and annual subscription fees.
