Synopsis
Artificial intelligence is moving rapidly from standalone tools and generative AI assistants towards integrated, agentic systems that can support and automate complex organisational processes. This session explores how enterprises can move beyond isolated AI adoption towards broader transformation of strategy, workflows, decision-making and service delivery.
The session will examine how organisations can identify high-value AI opportunities, redesign business processes, and integrate AI with enterprise data, cloud services, APIs and existing systems. Particular attention will be given to the transition from generative AI to agentic AI, including the use of tools, memory, knowledge, orchestration and multi-agent workflows, together with practical build-versus-buy choices.
The final part will focus on responsible implementation: governance, regulation, security, explainability, human oversight, organisational change and the skills needed to move from experimentation to scalable enterprise value. Practical examples will be used throughout to connect emerging technologies with real organisational challenges.
